Terms of service

StreaxFit helps gyms keep members, payment records, attendance and workout plans in one place, with an app for members on Android and iPhone, an app for trainers and managers, and a web app for gym staff.

There is no self sign up. We set up each gym. The gym then creates its staff logins and adds its members.

• Members log in with their mobile number and a one-time SMS code.
• Gym managers and trainers log in with the email and password set up for them.
• Keep your login details private. Tell your gym or us at once if you think someone else has used your account.

• Enter accurate member and payment records and correct them when asked.
• Tell members before adding them, and follow the gym agreement.
• Remove staff logins for people who leave.

• Use the app for your own membership and training only.
• Your membership, its price and its renewal are between you and your gym.
• Workout plans come from your gym's trainers. They are not medical advice. Check with a doctor before starting a new exercise programme.

StreaxFit does not take payments from members. Members pay their gym directly, and the gym records the payment in StreaxFit.

Gyms pay StreaxFit for their plan. When a gym's plan expires, staff can still log in and read records but cannot make changes until the plan is renewed. Members keep access to their own workouts and check-in. See the refund policy for cancellations and refunds.

• Do not try to access another gym's or another person's data.
• Do not disrupt, overload, copy or reverse engineer the service.
• Do not upload anything unlawful or anything you have no right to share.

We may block a gym or an account that breaks these terms. A member of a blocked gym can still log in and see their own profile.

We work to keep the service running, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
